Common questions
Do I need Shopify Plus?
Not for everything. Thank-you page, post-purchase and customer account blocks, and all Rules, work on every plan. Only blocks on the checkout steps and Style need Plus, and that's Shopify's rule, not ours.
Will this slow down my checkout?
No. Blocks and rules run inside Shopify, so nothing calls our servers while a buyer is checking out. The one exception is the post-purchase page, which appears after payment is taken.
Can a block ever block a sale?
No. Every block only adds something to a page. If one is misconfigured, buyers see nothing rather than an error.
What happens if I uninstall?
Your checkout goes back to Shopify's default. Reinstall within two days and your blocks and rules are still here; after that we erase everything we hold for your store.
Which languages does the app come in?
English, Japanese and Traditional Chinese.
