How it works

You write a title and a message and pick a tone. Your customer sees it on the page and can close it if you allow that.

What you can set

• A tone that sets the colour: info, success, warning or critical.
• Whether buyers can close it, or open and close the message under its title.

Good for

• Shipping delays or holiday cut-off dates
• A promotion or a discount code
• A return or cancellation policy

Where it shows

Every plan except Shopify Starter on the thank-you and customer account pages. Customer account pages also need Shopify's current customer accounts.
