How it works

You name the field and add a hint. Your customer types a note at checkout, and it's saved on the order in your Shopify admin.

  • Gift messages
  • Delivery instructions or a safe place to leave a parcel
  • Engraving or personalisation details

Good to know

  • The note goes into the order's own note field in Shopify. Checkout Master never sees or stores it.
  • It's optional for buyers. An app block can't stop someone checking out.
