Post-purchase survey

Ask buyers one question right after they pay. Answers are counted for you and saved on each order.

How it works

You write one question and a few answers. Right after paying, your customer picks one and taps Submit. The Results tab counts the answers, and each one is saved on its order.

What you can set

• One question, with two to six answers.
• An optional “Other” answer with a text box. What people type shows on the Results tab.
• Your own wording in each language you sell in.

Good for

• How did you hear about us?
• What nearly stopped you buying today?
• Which product would you like us to add next?

Where it shows

Like the offer, it lives on Shopify's post-purchase page. Turn that on under Settings › Checkout › Post-purchase page and choose Checkout Master.

Good to know

• Only one survey is live at a time.
• Buyers who don't see the post-purchase page (see the offer page for who that is) won't see the survey either.
